Formerly “Filipino VA Success Academy,” the Ripple Success Academy (RSA) is an online academy that teaches aspiring freelancers and virtual assistants to develop their skills and realize their dreams of success, one dream at a time.
Ripple VAs Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jezrel “Jez” Perez forms the academy and coaches students with co-mentor Hanna Caraig, radiating their values and competence so others can experience breakthroughs in their freelancing careers.
Early professional advice-seeking, according to Jez, is a terrific approach to preparing and eventually establishing success and productivity. It will help their students gain foundational skills across all freelancing areas, but making the most of the experience is essential. Besides pre-recorded video training, RSA also offers the following services created by professionals with extensive backgrounds in respective fields. Students could still pick up these services out there for free. However, they need to collect all available nuggets and put them together.
One-on-one Coaching
Jez handles this firsthand. She caters to each of her student's specific needs in a private session. She expects students to feel more at ease discussing their difficulties, issues, worries, and inquiries. The more they open up, the easier it is for Jez, as a coach, to help them find the correct answers and solutions. In this program, Jez also emphasizes improving one's capacity for leadership, goal-setting, goal-achievement, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships.
Master Mind Class
Different aspiring individuals teach RSA students for this program. The latter gets to meet other people they resonate with, which can be very powerful since they might have similar backgrounds or are currently going through relatable career challenges. The RSA team would engage more in brainstorming, collecting new ideas, peer accountability, group support, and improving personal and business skills.
